  1. Great capture! We have enjoyed watching two of these every winter. They would sun themselves in our tallest tree until Sandy blew it down. Now they have moved to the next tallest. Hopefully they will remain here.

    1. This particular hawk resides in a local park. He too seems to have a favourite tree or two. It always presents itself for photo opportunities. Hopefully the one you observe will stick around. One of my favourite raptors.
